• Assist crew members in executing work and setting grades

• Set and place forms to proper elevations for floors or site work

• Direct material trucks on the job site

• Perform other tasks as needed

• Operate a straight edge screed, bull float, darby, edger, groover, broom

• Meet daily production goals

• Communicate with laborers

• Ensure safe operation of jobsite and safety of employees

• 3+ years’ operating a skid steer loader or excavator

• Must be able to travel to jobsites as assigned

• Experience operating excavators and loading dump trucks

• Experience digging concrete, dirt, and gravel

• Must obtain a good driving history

• Must have commercial driver license (CDL)

• Must have 2+ year experience driving a dump truck

• 3+ years’ experience working as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic

o Experience working on dump trucks

• Troubleshoot various problems on equipment
